Pride at 乐播传媒视频

乐播传媒视频 support all gender identities, sexual orientations and expressions, and regularly engage with our LGBTQIA+ community to ensure meaningful initiatives. We celebrate Pride with donations to local events, office decorations, and hosting themed fundraisers such as our Pride Bake Off.

Building an inclusive environment for trans employees is important to us. We encourage pronoun use and offer gender-neutral toilets with free sanitary products (implemented after employee feedback).

Education is key to growth. We deliver training on bias, harassment, and prejudice. As well as educational posts and awareness days driven by our Diversity, Equity + Inclusion committee. Our goal is to ensure everyone feels empowered to be their authentic selves at 乐播传媒视频.

We acknowledge that our industry has historically been dominated by a narrow demographic and we are committed to doing our part to change that and continuously work to ensure that everyone feels empowered to reach their full potential at 乐播传媒视频.

- Nigel Toon, CEO
Exploring ideas as part of the DEI Committee creates a safe space to launch my opinions and suggestions with colleagues across the business. By leaving information open and accessible, we give people the opportunity for conversation. Be that relevant now, or later.

- Sonia Cohen, DE&I Committee Co-Chair
